When exactly are you seeing this message? When you open a PDF file? When you just bring up Acrobat without a PDF file loaded? It is now happening on all pdf documents, even ones which previously had no issues. It started a few days ago when I received a set of scanned pdfs of student exam papers to mark, but now it's crashing on all my saved pdfs in the same way.
